Draa Valley And Agdz
On this tour, you’ll get to explore the Moroccan desert, including the peaceful town of Agdz through the scenic Draa Valley. Camel trekking is optional and can be arranged in advance if requested. You’ll spend a day discovering the desert’s wonders and enjoying an unforgettable experience.
We provide experienced, friendly, multilingual drivers and guides throughout the journey, along with the most comfortable vehicles to ensure your safety and relaxation. The trip takes you to Agdz, meaning “resting place,” located on the historic caravan route between Marrakech and Timbuktu, about 65 km south of Ouarzazate and 92 km north of Zagora. Once an important economic center, Agdz is now a quiet town in southeastern Morocco, nestled in the Atlas Mountains with a population of around 10,000. It sits at the base of Djebel Kissane and along the Draa River, Morocco’s longest river, which flows from the High Atlas Mountains to the Atlantic Ocean near Tan-Tan.
You’ll be amazed by the stunning beauty and diversity of these locations, creating memories to last a lifetime. At the end of the tour, we’ll drop you off at your hotel in Ouarzazate. We hope you enjoy this journey and look forward to welcoming you again!

Cancellation policy
- If cancellations are made 15 days before the travel date, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- For cancellations made 7 to 15 days before the travel date, 75% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- If cancellations are made within 0 to 7 days before the travel date, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
Confirmation Policy
- We require a deposit of 20% of the total amount to secure your spot.
- Serving as confirmation of your booking with Desert Tours Company.
- A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours of a successful booking.
- If the preferred slots are unavailable, we will arrange an alternate schedule based on your preferences and send a new confirmation email.
Refund Policy
- The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days
- All applicable refunds will be done by the same method that we receive deposit.
